Terri Fowler has been one of Veterans Community Response’s (VCR) most valuable volunteers working as the secretary and organizer of all that is successful. Her organization, energy, commitment, and heart are involved in about everything that VCR accomplishes.

Her leadership has now spread across the three Presidents that have led this organization.
